When I arrived for the photoshoot on a beautiful Saturday evening, the first thing I noticed about Monte standing in his stall was his eyes - though he towers above his stablemates with broad shoulders and that warmblood presence, this gentle giant has the kindest eyes. I had such a great time getting to work with Monte and capturing his beauty - truly a one-of-a-kind horse. We of course had to also include his bff, Taco the donkey. These two are stabled next to each other and I was told that they are nearly inseparable. You will hear frantic neighing and brays as soon as they've lost sight of each other. How cute is that! I hope these two brighten your day like they did mine :)
